My mom is a VERY classy and kind lady in her 60's, who has never let alone gotten a speeding ticket in her entire life, let alone committed any crime of any kind. There was a mean-looking casino executive in a suit, and another employee standing there a little further away, while two State Police officers/investigators and two Casino Control Commission employees were surrounding my mom. including two state police detectives!!! I was by the bar watching sports for a little bit, and when I went to visit her, she was visibly shaken and her color was way 'off'. My mom was sitting at Parx Casino playing 25 cent slots, and was SUDDENLY surrounded by six people in suits. Parx needs to step up and get their act together. Giving me almost 4x's as much comps as parx and I even get 2 free nights at a hotel in atlantic city if I wished.

Being just a platinum member, they take well care of me. Rare you see anyone winning a big prize anyway. I decided I am no longer going to spend my money there.

You would think they take care of their premium members, as there is plenty of other casinos within area that I could spend my money. Needless to say when he got my drink I gave him nothing at all. I heard one of the waiters call someone a cheap since the person only gave him a dollar. Not to mention, you give the waiters and waitress a $5 and they throw a fake thank you. Where is the benefit in being an premium card member? Benefits are a waste, comps are a waste of time, waitress and waiters take forever to get your drink. I only goto the casino late at night, so valet parking is always free. I am a premium card member and get the same comps as my friend who is a regular member.
